Talho Capixaba is a mix of bakery, patisserie and delicatessen (besides butcher). The house offers over 40 types of breads including black bread with raisins, milk baguette, ciabatta, croissants, Italian and batard. The customer can build your own sandwich at the counter, which has variety of meats, antipasti and seasonings. Opened in 1999, the house produces biscuits, cakes and artisan breads. Part of the products does not take sugar or hydrogenated fat. Another line takes no gluten.
