Sonoma Golf Club is one of the most elite golf courses north of San Francisco. This private, 18-hole course has played host to the annual PGA Champions Tour Charles Schwab Cup Championship . When such tournaments are not going on, in order to play here, golfers must be members or a guests of the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn . The course itself dates back to 1928, the heyday of golf course architecture. It is, quite literally, a living legend.
