Skievelat happens to be one of our favourite hangouts in Brussels. It has all the qualities we are looking for in a restaurant for a relaxed night out with friends: it's low key, spacious and good value for money. There are actually two Skievelat, one in Laeken and one just off the Grand Sablon. The interior has an almost bare, industrial feel, low lighting, small tables and a steel staircase connecting the two floors create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Skievelat is a pretty good spot for a drink
