This American style Japanese restaurant features the communal teppanyaki grill, where the chef makes jokes and demonstrates remarkable dexterity with the cutlery. At Shogun, the filet mignon, salmon, and scallops are stand outs. Teppanyaki dinners come with a shrimp appetizer, small salad, fried rice, and two excellent dipping sauces.
