Leave the streetlights and houses of Llandaff behind, and journey down the darkened wooded byways surrounding the Cathedral. A rich array of tales awaits you: an ancient Celtic spirit, a portent of death, which rises from the marshland; mysterious lights and misty forms with a life of their own still seen in the cemetery and on the river bank; ghostly sightings of those who perished long ago in the river - by accident, suicide or murder - and the ghosts of those who still search for them in vain. Not suitable for children under 10 years old. Dress appropriately: appropriate footwear, covered arms and legs. Bring a torch (if you don't have one let the guide know). Walks take place on Thursdays and Saturdays throughout the autumn and winter, starting at 7.30pm. Private tours can be booked at any time to suit you.
