There are several branches of Little Lamb Hot Pot throughout Shenyang. The one on Taiyuan Street is not only easy to get to, but also conveniently close to the Traders Hotel on Zhonghua Road. Do not leave China without eating hot pot at least once, and if possible, especially in the colder seasons, several times! Little Lamb has a reputation for the largest variety of soup broths in which to dip your thin slices of lamb, beef and fish, as well as a variety of noodles (including pumpkin and spinach noodles) tofu skins, stringy mushrooms and more. The selection is ordered a la carte and brought to the table. You put your selections into the broth to boil for a moment, then eat immediately. The fragrant broth lends the food a succulent flavor all its own.
