Decorated with North African art and handicrafts, the Moroccan restaurant, Harira, specializes in couscous and savory lamb dishes. The Portuguese restaurant, O Almofariz, is decorated with handmade tiles and local art and serves dishes prepared with fish and seafood caught off the coast, especially gambas (shrimp), atum (tuna), espadarte (swordfish), and robalo (sea bass). This restaurant also serves some of the best pasta dishes in town and offers a few Italian specialties such as tender veal.
