It's not at all as easy as it sounds, but who knows what may start out as an experiment may just become a lifelong passion for you. Visit the Golden Bridge Pottery center in Pondicherry, run by Ray Meeker and Deborah Smith, for inspiration and a rare glimpse into the life of a studio and a village potter. The center was founded during early 1970's and today is a thriving production as well as teaching unit. Many students from all part of the globe are happy to wait for their turn for enrolment here.
