Fusion Restaurant is located in the elegant South Beach Resort in Christ Church. The menu consists of a blend of Thai, Japanese and Cantonese cuisine with a hint of Caribbean flavor just so you know you are in Barbados. The restaurant is elegantly decorated with subtle lighting, ideal for a romantic dinner. Breakfast and lunch are also served. You can choose the cool indoor air-conditioned dining area or the alfresco area that makes the most of the beautiful scenery. It is part of the Barbados Gourmet Card Club. -Nadia Ali
