Chef Larry Rodgers and wife Michelle opened La Terra to introduce a new high-end Bajan restaurant experience. Orchids complement each beautifully set table and jazz music serenades the patrons. A Pacific Rim and Italian influence adds to the menu of Caribbean classics. Starters include coconut battered jumbo shrimp, and steamed or raw oysters. Fish, lamb, beef and chicken entrees are served in a variety of unique sauces from various culinary traditions. Vegetarians will enjoy the pasta and vegetable medleys. Downstairs is the Casbah nightclub, which opens at 9:30pm.
