Friendship Peak is one of the only peaks where amateurs can try a hand at mountain climbing.Friendship peak is the only open peak in Himachal Himalaya where no royalty is required to be paid to IMF, and secondly, it surely requires a good fitness but it needs no formal training of mountaineering to climb it.
