At Fasta Pasta, we're fanatical about fresh pasta and have been since 1982.In all those years, we've only ever used the finest quality durum wheat and eggs, which give our pasta its distinctive soft texture and tenderness. This allows our pasta to absorb the full flavour of our delicious sauces and other ingredients - qualities that dried pasta can't quite provide.
