On the 1st Saturday of the month our local farmers, producers and vignernons gather on the oval of the Daylesford Primary School to sell their very fresh produce and products.You'll find everything from cheese, olives, olive oil, eggs, fresh meats, fresh veg & fruit, local honey, jams & preserves, bread, milk and all your weekly staples to seedlings, plants and chooks for the backyard!Remember we are seasonal so monthly there are a few changes with our farmers and producers but that is the exciting thing about seasonal it challenges your cooking, keeps food fresh, real and interesting.
