Known colloquially as âthe top pubâ, the Cooktown Hotel is a popular local watering hole.
The Endeavour Bistro at the top pub is open six days a week, closed Mondays. Sunday is âroast dayâ.
Located on Charlotte street, this iconically historical building has functioned as a hotel since 1885. And like any pub, itâs a great place to meet the locals. Live music at the weekends, community raffles and events, pub grub and ice-cold drinks (with the only glycol cooling system in town).
Thereâs also a beer garden, accommodation available, and a pool table with competitions on Saturdays.
