Our excellent chef marinate a succulent 6- Pound Lamb Leg in special herbs for one day.Then, they cook the Lamb Leg in a Tandoori Oven ( Clay Oven ) imported from India.Our costomers tell us this is the best item on the menu.Cooking is a very personal thing for most of us.
