Sevva is the brainchild of Hong Kong restaurateur, Bonnie Gokson, who has converted a sprawling penthouse atop an upscale fashion mall, the Prince's Building, into one of Hong Kong's most highly coveted nightspots. The stunning Sevva extends over twenty-two thousand square feet and is partitioned into three diverse dining spaces. The Taste Bar serves up a dazzling array of wines and cocktails along with eclectic finger foods; the Harbourside is an elegant dining room where the menu features a mix of Western and Eastern dishes; and the Bankside offers a more formal dining setting.
