The best breakfasts in Chico are at the Morning Thunder Cafe . Portions here are enormous. The cafe does the traditional breakfast stuff—waffles, omelets, French toast, biscuits with gravy—but has its own classics too, including several egg and toasted-bagel specials and its signature breakfast burritos and huevos rancheros. Most breakfast specials are priced at under $10. On busy days, there's almost always space at the counter.
