If a long afternoon of shopping at Parque Aracuo, one of Santiago's toniest malls has got you down, and it's time for a little lunch, surprise yourself with some of Chile's only TexMex food optoins in the form of California Burrito Co. These are no anemic burritos, it's a sort of Mission-style burrito, the kind that's so big that you have to peel off hte tin foil and eat your way down. Fillings are abundant and prices are low, so you can fill up your burrito skin with whatever you like and still have money left over for the rest of your shopping trip.
