Cafe 't Spui is definitely one of the best bars in town for cocktails and spirits. Wonderful and bizarre decoration, friendly atmosphere, nice music, a superbly well stocked bar, and a small pavement terrace, all help to give the Cafe t' Spui a slight edge over many centrally located bars. And they also serve beer.
