This restaurant, located in the oldest part of Lausanne near the government buildings, the cathedral and the chateau, has a lavish history. Since its renovation a number of years ago it has gained a lot of elegance and style, but unfortunately in doing so has lost much of its charm. The food is what keeps this restaurant on its feet.
