Blue Hytra is located within the Westin Athens hotel on a private peninsula in Vouliagmeni. Dine alfresco and enjoy contemporary Greek flavors with a twist. The shrimp wrapped in a crispy dough served on a bed of sauteed veggies and a scoop of cucumber sorbet is exceptional while the chef's take on sushi using grape leaves and mint flavored rice topped off with crystallized ginger is one-of-a-kind.
