According to its owners, "Bianco offers contemporary Italian culinary experience that brings together the classic flavors of Italy in a seductive presentation that makes for a complete, unique sensory experience." Although we're not sure how much the hype is to be believed, we do know that the ingredients used in Bianco's primarily seafood-focused dished are of the highest quality, and everything served in the restaurant is made in the restaurant, from the breads to dessert. An upscale joint right downtown, this place is ideal for a business lunch or a romantic evening. Head to the garden in back for candlelit dining, or stay inside to hear the in-house DJ spinning his stuff.
