You can only eat here at lunch or else you should be an invited guest of an associate or a student of the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, the renowned hotel school. Situated on the school's campus, the restaurant has just been renovated and has become a contemporary eatery. The decor is largely minimalist, with hard wood floors and plenty of lighting. But perhaps the most important and interesting aspect of this restaurant is that it is an educational establishment. First-year students will cook for you and serve you. The students here are under constant supervision of their instructors and service is usually sane and efficient. The meal offered here is truly a pleasure.
