Since long-time Korean food favorite Happy Korean changed management and took a nose dive in quality, Ari Tofu House has stepped in to fill that empty niche. While the menu at Ari isn't as extensive as the original Happy Korean, it does contain a wide variety of sundubu jjigae, a piping hot (and spicy) tofu stew. Each bowl of soup comes with rice served in a hot stone bowl, giving the bottom layer a delightful crispiness, and a few cold appetizers, like kimchi. The black and white color scheme of the dining room gives the space a modern, sleek feel, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
