Angels is not a typical Tuscan restaurant in Florence. A Fusion restaurant that gives its patrons a chance to taste a flavor never tasted before. They base their flavors on traditional Florentine dishes and adding other Mediterranean flavors. Fusion food that shows off a high class of presentation of food. An ancient building, inside a modern flow of light ambiance that creates a relaxing place to wine and dine. There are 70 seats in this restaurant and open every day from 12pm to 11:30pm. The American bar is held in a large room with a grand table in the middle where the buffet presents itself. The rooms have a modern feel just like the food. The prices are average for the lunch and dinner menu. With unique desserts and fusion first courses and second courses, it leaves a lot for the taste buds to discover. Ask the waitstaff of the specialty of the day, you can never go wrong with that.
