Museo del Teatro della Pergola is a History Museum located near Florence, Italy. The Fondazione Teatro della Pergola was born in September 2011, taking over from the Ministry of Culture in the management of the historic theater. The birth of this body comes after four years of gestation of the project of the pole Florentine theater according to the idea that he had formulated Marco Giorgetti leaving the position of General Manager of The Italian Theatre in January 2007, to take office as a Director of the Theatre Manager Pergola, with the clear intention to revive and start a strategic and structural renewal this ancient and prestigious theater.
