Recent Bali trip. India team was good. BALI TEAM WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL. THEY HARDLY RESPONSE. LAST DAY WHEN I AM COMING BACK TO INDIA THEIR RESPONSE WAS GOOD.
OUT OF 4 DRIVER ALL WERE GOOD EXCEPT ONE MR. WIKA M. HE WAS NOT AT ALL OK. HE WAS TRYING TO ALTER DAYS ITINERARY. THE VERY FIRST DAY HE SWITCHED OFF AC WHILE COMING BACK FROM TANAH LOT. AS PER HIM THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH FUEL IN THE CAR. HE ALSO SAID THat company do not provide enough fuel. Third day he didn't stop car at the road side lake. Finally he was asking 100000 IDR to stop the car so that I can take photo. I have seen that vacant place and one private car was standing to capture photo. This was unacceptable. I didn't say anything since the spot was not in my itineraries. Remaining day was good. Hotel was not good. Tiles of the floor was loosen and creating cracking sound. Always hot water was supplied in the bathroom. I couldn't take bath.

Wonderful experience in our first foreign tour. Thanks to the entire team from Booking Executive Sangeeta Rai to Operation Team at Thailand. They delivered what they promised. They were very punctual and managed the entire tour very systematically. Cost wise also they were very good and they provided all the support and explanations as and when required. I would definitely like to prefer them in my future trips in and outside India

the trip was planned well but my trip expert was not a kashmir expert. i would recommend people to have any conversations either recorded or over whatsapp so you have proofs and documents to show if required during the planning.
the trip expert and their manager can very well blame things on you so always have proofs.

Our trip to Bali was great wit trip factory. Right from beginning the team was very cooperative.... Aman, our trip coordinator was very kind n patient.... He was very patient n addressed all our queries n made changes as per our needs... At Bali everything was very well organized, the driver was very cooperative n punctual. I would recommend all my friends n family to have a pleasant trip with trip factory. Thank you team.

Happy with the way trip was conducted from the beginning to the end. Took a package for Japan Tour. The itinerary covered all key locations, transfers were very smooth, got to meet many like minded travelers in the group. Our Guide Mr Raj was extremely helpful and took great care of the group. Hotels provided were very good and all meals were taken care of. Vegetarians had do issues. Will certainly travel again with tripfactory.
