I took this Gangtok and Darjeeling trip with my family for a week. It was a memorable one and I would like to specially thank Mr. Bidesh Chowdhury my trip co-ordinator for his excellent support and effective planning.

overall the experience was good, co-ordination was superb, agents on ground were cordial, helpful and polite. hotels were good but can be better.

Lovely service, did not feel I was left in a sway even for once. The driver was always available when needed. He took us to all the places that we could have fun pertaining to climatic conditions. The hotels booked were great, rooms were spacious and the views from the rooms were mesmerizing. There were things the driver suggested we do at a particular location like Pony rides instead of cars and that turned out to be a great experience. Overall, the whole organization of the trip was awesome. Would definitely suggest people to check it out.

Bali is known for natural beauty & Phuket for its beautiful beaches. Trip Factory extended excellant hotels to stay & good transportation & hospitality too at a reasonable price. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

The itinerary could have been designed in a better manner. Flight details were not shared before booking. Hotels booked were good quality. Support persons did a very good job. Enjoyed the trip. Will liketo travell again.

Consultant Sangita was great right from the beginning of the trip and personally curated the itenerary as though it was for her own! She was very involved and kept in mind all the factors before finalising the same. Her service and courtesy continued post making payments too ensuring my trip is off to a great start.
The on ground team too was very courteous and kind. Mr Bidesh called us up on a daily basis to check on us and if things are going fine..
Drivers Uday and Rohan were extremely courteous and skilled. Cannot thank them enough for their selfless service..

I have done my couple tour to Phuket, Krabi through Trip factory.
It was one the best tour arranged with perfect professionalism.
Shailesh was coordinating for the trip from the planning phase and I had
a discussion with him for 2-3 months before the tour and he was with
immediate available for the feedback.
Once the iterniery was finalised he created a telegram group which was
in tough with me through the tour with everyday requirements.
Airport pick up on time
Sightseeing pickup drop on time with all the arrangements as agreed.
Hotel I selected and Shailesh booked for me.
The trip was 5 *

Ms.Ananya - Trip Adviser was very helpful from the start of our conversation in planning the trip, she guided us at every stage and was very accommodative in answering our quarries at all times and used to follow-up constantly, even she used to pickup mu calls after office hours to clear our doubts at any time.
She as in constant touch with us even after leaving Bangalore and use to keep checking with us about the travel, Rooms , food , etc., Overall she made our trip a complete one we should say.
My wife also joins in conveying her thanks to the Ananya in particular and the entire Team.

Every thing was awesome except the hotel in Bangkok - BANGKOK PALACE HOTEL. The hotel was unclean, there were cockroaches in the room, cracks on the wall, bed sheet was dirty, towels were old and torn also the food options in breakfast was disappointing. Choice of hotel could have been better, rest it was a great experience. Transfers were smooth, coordination with the team was very easy, sight seeing and city tours were great with private vehicle.

The trip was overall beautifully planned and customized as per our needs.
Only 1 problem we faced was with the hotel in Phuket, I think even the staff at trip factory is not aware of this. The hotel is extremely far from the main market which is Patong Beach and in Phuket, cabs and tuktuks are costly.
Only this recommendation, please give a hotel in Patong Beach for guests to enjoy Phuket as much as they enjoy in Krabi. Rest everything was fine.
