Here's a list of Popular Walking tours in Hong Kong recommended by our experts:
Hong Kong is a city that evolved from a cluster of simple fishing villages to one of the most thriving metropolises in Asia. Enjoy an incredible holiday in Hong Kong with your family and friends as you wander around and take in those incredible sights. Dynamic, vibrant and restless Hong Kong has the palpable energy of a dazzling cosmopolitan you can’t miss from the moment you arrive. Most travellers will also tell you that that best way to see Hong Kong is on a walking tour. The ‘Pearl of the Orient’ has a remarkable skyline, parks and museums, beaches, temples and historical sites, landmarks, tourist attractions (such as the unmissable Disneyland and Ocean Park!) and countless street markets to explore and get lost in. These are just some of the places you can explore on foot in Asia’s world city! Immerse yourself in Hong Kong’s local lifestyle on a walking/hiking tour. On a Hong Kong Island Walk from Shek O Road to Tai Long Wan, the first part of the trail is a reasonably steep uphill path that leads to the Shek O Peak. After that, the walk along the Dragon's Back is an easy amble with magnificent views across both sides of the peninsula. The trail continues on to Mount Collinson and then descends to Tai Long Wan. Tai Long Wan is a pristine gem tucked away in a remote corner of Hong Kong. In true Hong Kong style, a bowl of spam and egg instant noodles is never too far away - the neighbouring beach boasts two cosy cafes offering all day snacks and refreshments. Shek O is a further 20 minute walk on from Tai Long Wan. Either destination hosts a number of restaurants offering refreshments. This 8.5 kilometre walk takes three hours and is recommended for experienced hikers. We have rounded up the most popular hiking tours in Hong Kong:
