Yayoiken , Shimotori, Kamitori. this place is open 24 hours and there are one in Shimotori and Kamitori. It is a great place to go when you have been out all night drinking and are sick of McD`s. The tonkatsu is good and the rice is all you can eat. 600-1000 yen.
