Worlebury Golf Club is not a long course by todays standards (5843yds).  However, this belies its strengths.  Golfers need to think tactically and to drive the ball straight to some very tight holes with out-of-bounds featuring heavily.  Get on the wrong side of the Green for your approach shot and you will be faced with some daunting challenges.  Especially if the Greenkeeper has placed the holes in the Club Championship locations because he has had a bad day!!
