The premier beer station on Sanchaung Street, a street popular with Yangon locals for its extensive selection of restaurants, teashops and beer stations. Although relatively rarely frequented by foreigners, the two-level Winstar restaurant makes itself particularly accessible through its English-language menu (mostly Chinese, meals around 3000 kyats) and congenially late closing time of 2am.
