The Blue Bombers have a long history of support in the city. The Bombers have made it to the league finals 21 times since 1937. They last won the Grey Cup in 1990; in 2007, they lost the final to Saskatchewan, their friendly rivals. The CFL season starts in June and ends in November. Tickets to see a game at Canad Inns Stadium range from $20 to $75. In 2006, Winnipeg hosted the Grey Cup. A new stadium, to be known as Investors Group Field, is currently being built for the team at Chancellor Matheson Road and University Crescent on the University of Manitoba campus and is expected to open for the 2012 season.
