Take a break from the daily routine and have a fun day out at Waterbom Jakarta. There are four main rides for older children and adults to enjoy—namely, the whizzard, hairpin, speedslide and aquatube—as well as a special area where young children can play safely. When you tire from the rides (which you will), relax in either the wave pool or pleasure pool, or simply float down the wild river in an inflatable tube. The tickets for admission are fairly expensive but do include a basic meal and a couple of drinks. Also, don't forget to bring some sunblockwith you, else you might have a sore red back to remind you of your visit for some days to come! - Martin Jenkins
