On the way to Ek Phnom is a small group of houses that looks normal to tourists, but these houses make rice paper everyday. Rice paper is used in wrapping spring rolls. Tourists are attracted mostly to the process on how the rice paper is made. The process is steam driven, where the steam is created by the heat from the rice chaff.
