Wat Kosit Wihan is among the most revered and is located just north of Phuket Town not far from Phuket Mission Hospital. At the centre of the temple is the shrine hall (or ubosot) where most religious ceremonies take place. This beautiful building with its triple roofs gets busy on important Buddhist days such as the Buddha's birthday and the Sart Thai Festival.
