This is a really cheap but wonderfully good warung right on the Sindhu beach in Sanur. Although the little sign over the warung says 'Warung Family Iim', it is know by all the locals simply as 'Ibu Iim'. Serving a limited menu of such delights as nasi goreng (fried rice), mei goreng (fried noodles), nasi campur (rice with a mixture of Indonesian foods), Ayam goreng (fried chicken with rive and vegetables) etc - its a great little place and for those on a limited budget its perfect. All the food is freshly prepared for you. Situated right in front of the beach you can chat to the locals or the expats living here while enjoying your meal. Snacks, tea, coffee and cold drinks are also available. A good portion of fried rice costs Rp15,000 or just under US$2 - try matching those prices anywhere at home.
