Vitrum

The Ritz-Carlton Berlin Cuisines: Italian, French

About

Located in the heart of the Ritz-Carlton Berlin, this fine dining venue has the reputation of being one of the most expensive restaurants in the world. The heavy bill is justified considering that the Executive Chef is the winner of the 'German Masters of the Bocuse d'Or Competition 1998' and 'Master Chef of Berlin 2002'. After touring around Europe, Chef Kellermann mastered the art of blending European cusine with experimental touches. Fresh seafood and herbs is the specialty, so don't forget to try some. The ambience is old-world Venice and the décor is accentuated with inlaid Italian marble floors, old mirror covered columns, chandeliers, and Asian carpets. The Murano-Glass inspired china is actually handmade. So go ahead and enjoy your evening of elegance.
