Vincents serves excellent Latvian food at its neat restaurant here, in Riga. There's delicious Goose confit pelmeny with chicken consomme, succulent Hermit Crab and the Chevre cheesecake with rhubarb is something to die for. The menu reflects something like a French-Latvian marriage of dishes.
