The food comes from Chef Prathamesh "Mickey" Shenoy who's professionally trained in classical French and Italian cookery from the Taj Culinary School. His adopted belief is that cuisine is an outdated concept. Thus came Uzo, which offers a creative blend of flavors that are not termed as fusion, but simply, "Left of Centre".It is one of the best restaurant which also serves  Continental, European, International, Fusion food.
