The newly built City Centre by the same group as in Kolkata, Harsh Neotia's Bengal Ambuja along with two other partners, Laxmi township & the Govt. of West Bengal is a place to laze about. The place is yet to be opened as of January, 2011. But have been completed in all respects. There is INOX cinema hall in it, where one can choose from four movies at any time. The place is about 4 Km from the Siliguri City and on the National Highway no. 31 towards Bagdogra airport. There are other attractions around the city centre. The Uttorayan city itself is worth visiting with well-planned buildings and streets in the backdrop of the mighty Kanchenjungha.
