Located directly off Interstate 10 on Davis Hwy, it is the second mall in the Pensacola area; beginning in 2008, major renovations began to convert the mall into an outdoor shopping center. Until these renovations are complete, only the anchor stores Belk, Sears, and JCPenney remain open.
