Universal Studios in Beijing is a joint venture between curators Pi Li and Waling Boers in 2005. The place's alias, Boers-Li Gallery, derives its name from the same. Along with cinematic like video and film, the gallery holds sculpture, paintings and photography exhibitions. Young artists are given impetus to showcase their works to help further their careers.
