The Ultimo offers authentic Italian dishes and various cuts of meat in a fine-dining setting and a price that is very affordable, especially when compared to its exquisite surrounding and setting. Guests have the choice of dining inside the air-conditioned interior, or alfresco in the pretty garden with a canopy overhead. The decor is chic and modern, with hand-chiseled stone walls, an open kitchen and ceiling canopies fashioned from silk. Try out the Char-Grilled Tenderloin, a 200 grams of Australian tenderloin beef served with a rich marsala wine sauce with mushroom, gorgonzola and gravy on the side.
