There is only really one place to have ice cream in Mornington, if not the whole of Victoria and that is Tutti Frutti. The ice cream is excellent. They often change the flavours and the cinnamon ice cream is absolutely amazing . Nice ice cream, lots of different flavours at a reasonable price. Were able to taste before you buy which was great. Gelato was smooth and creamy. Plenty of flavours to choose from, but seemed to be more fruity than chocolatey (as is my preference). Very reasonably priced for quite large portions
