Trinidad's, with its enviable marine view, is smart and sophisticated and has a superb menu to match. The restaurant boasts lots of bleached wood and two-tone chairs in dark wood, and tanned wicker on muted green carpeting. The large sea-facing deck is next to an elegant, discreet bar. A talented, imaginative team offers an exciting menu which accommodates vegetarians and includes signature dishes. Experience the fabulous oysters encrusted in toasted arborio rice, fleetingly deep-fried, with palate-popping sweet chilli-jam. Brilliant too, are the quail breasts stuffed with caramelised kumquats. A medium, interesting range of wines is available.
