Toki is one of Manila's best fine dining establishments and it serves up authentic Japanese cuisine using fresh, top-class ingredients. There is a good selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, including deep fried tofu and eggplant, in sticky sauce. The executive chef, Shinsuke Yonekawa, is a many awarded chef whose expertise and delicate touch is evident in the incredible sashimi and the delicious saba misoni mackerel simmered in miso sauce.
