About as classy and pricey as you can get in Shanghai shopping, this ritzy development on the Bund has a Georgio Armani flagship store (tel. 021/6339-1133; 11am-10pm), and other not-too-shabby mouthfuls such as Ann Demeulemeester, Bottega Veneta, Vivienne Tam, Yves Saint Laurent, and more. Even if you are going to pick up that "Emporio Armani" knockoff watch at a roadside stall for less than ¥200 ($29/£15), it may be fun to come admire the real thing through the looking glass. 10am to 10pm.
