Thongkee Restaurant has been around a very long time -- so long that not even management can remember when it opened -- and it has been a long-standing local favorite for dim sum. Some will say it's not what it used to be, but a look in the front window shows a pretty consistent crowd. Many customers also collect carryout from the stand on the sidewalk outside. Thongkee lies in the shadow of the Asoke BTS SkyTrain station and never sees the sun. The interiors are nothing special either. But for dim sum, this is a solid Nana-area option. Check out the specially priced dim sum buffet 11:30 - 2:00 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
