The Woods is a restaurant on the ground floor of the Four Seasons Hotel, but Executive Chef Hamish Ingham has succeeded in making it so much more than a hotel restaurant. The open kitchen is dominated on one side by a wood-fired oven and grill, which infuse their smoky, earthy flavours into all the menu offerings, from trout to spatchcock. The restaurant's whimsical dining room is just as entertaining as the food. Look out for the eclectic light fixtures and the recipes on the ceiling.
